• I have read the Constitution of the Mariner's Cricket Club and agree to abide by the conditions stated therein.
• Understand that the decisions made by the Executive committee are final and binding on all matters related to the operations and activities of the club.
• Mariners Cricket Club Singapore complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Please review and acknowledge the personal information saved in our system upon login to the website or App for continued access to the MCC portal.
• All personal data and login passwords are encrypted and saved in the database.
• The personal information of a member collected at the time of registration is available to review on MY PROFILE – USER PROFILE page.
• Members can revoke consent to their personal information at any time by clicking the checkbox on the MY PROFILE – USER PROFILE page. Upon revoking consent, members will no longer be able to LOGIN to the MCC website and app. Member’s Data will be retained for 3 months in case the member has accidentally revoked consent or changes his decision, following which the data will be completely deleted, and user will need to re-register.
• For expired membership, the data will be retained for 3 years. After 3 years the records are deleted from database, irrespective of them revoking their consent or not. In case a member requires to renew his membership, he must apply again.
